Thank you for visiting Kingsland’s Prayer Wall and for praying for the requests below. We believe in the power of prayer to transform our hearts, lives, homes and beyond.
Pray for US Army Chaplain Jonathan VanBruggen
Note: Jonathan is a member of Kingsland and is currently in Ranger Training.
Prayer Requests:
1. Lauren and the Kids (John 14:18). Pray that they will know the LORD's comfort and that joy and peace will surround our home.
1. Success at Pre-Ranger (Pray Psalm 18:29). The 14 day Pre-Ranger course prepares you to be successful at Ranger school. The first day I will take the PT test. Several follow on physical events will be required that mimic the first week of Ranger school. Pray for success at that PT test and every other graded event so that I will ultimately pass Pre-Ranger with no issues. Pray that this will equip me to be successful at Ranger school. If Ranger school is a mountain to climb. Then passing Pre-Ranger is like getting to base camp.
2. Faith. Strength of mind and heart (Pray 2 Cor. 12:9-10). Pray that the LORD would strengthen my faith to meet every challenge. Pray for his power to be evident in my weakness. Ranger school will not only test my body but my mind and heart. I believe my body is ready. But pray that the LORD would continually strengthen my heart and mind. Pray that I would not look back, be filled with doubt, or fear in moments of weakness but that I would be filled with faith, courage, and strength through his power. Especially when I am tired or am missing Lauren and the kids.
3. Divine Appointments (Pray 1 Peter 3:15). One thing I pray for regularly in ministry is "divine appointments." I pray that the the LORD would bring people into my path that he wants me to minister to. Pray for those opportunities to share Christ and be a good witness.
4. My Witness (Pray Psalm 69:6). Pray that the LORD would help me carry myself in a way that is honoring to him even when I am tired, hungry, feeling alone, etc. Psalm 69:6 says "May those who hope in you not be disgraced because of me..." Help others see Christ through me.
Hi, please pray for me as I am having a number of health issues.
1. I need to lose weight in order to feel better.
2. My teeth, gum, and the bone structure of the teeth as my dentist gave me a hopeless conversation about my teeth. It makes me feel stressed.
3. Pray also that I would be better able to view distance more clearly and for God to miraculously heal my eyes.
Please continue to pray for me and may God richly bless you and your ministry. Please pray for balance in my marriage. Please pray for better communication between my spouse and I. We love each other but the communication should be much better. Thank you for praying! Lord,
You know Janet’s weakness. You know that cancer has spread throughout her whole body, and that no treatment is helping her. But we trust that You are in control of everything. You are the One who decides, who heals, who gives, and who takes away.
We ask You, Lord, to send Your peace to this patient. Restore her health and strength. Let Your name be glorified even more, Lord, through her healing or through any improvement in her condition.
Lord, she can no longer walk. Her body feels heavy, and she trembles so much that she cannot even hold things in her hands. Be her strength. Give her the strength she needs, because You are her mighty God, and all power belongs to You.
Please let her get better, and keep her with us, Lord. We ask this from a broken heart.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. Hi… My husband, Michael Walhof, had open heart surgery on Friday. The surgery went well and he’s recovering nicely. Will you pray for his pain to subside, strength as he walks, and for his heart rhythm to get out of AFib?
Thank you! After 18 years of marriage my husband has left the home and I’m fearful about him divorcing me. I have 3 kids, one minor and he’s not contacted her either.
I’m scared, I pray for guidance in our lives, to save my marriage, healing and he reflects on keeping us together and family.
I pray to God to show me whatever pathway he wants us to go. I’m very scared and deep inside I wish my marriage to be saved, to the devil walking away from all the harm he’s causing in our home.

Yesterday, I found out they are evaluating him concerning a 20 pound increase in fluid over the last month. He has a very weak heart already. Thank you for praying for him! My husband, Michael Walhof, is having open heart surgery tomorrow, Friday June 19th. The doctor will be replacing his aortic valve. Michael will be in the hospital for a week or more. Please be praying for wisdom for the doctor, for the surgery to be successful & for an easy recovery.

God Bless You My son in law Brandon was admitted to the hospital today. He is very sick, may be double pneumonia . They’ve called in a Pulmonary dr. Please pray for him and my daughter. Prayers for my wonderful Daughter in law Kelly that she doesn't get laid off on her job in August. Lease is up next month and they trying to find right place to move to. She is so good to me. Hello church family, would love to receive pray for my current season. Last month, I ended up needed surgery on my knee due to a work related injury. About 15 years ago we moved from a big city to a smaller area two hours away and while it helped us grow closer it is now tearing us apart. We are so bored, financially strapped, about to do bankruptcy, trying to keep a home and the one car we have that works. I feel a sadness a stagnation over me and my husband and marriage and lives. For my mother (Maria) who’s been in ICU for 7 months and every time she is almost released another setback comes. Prayers for her mental health to continue pushing through. She’s loosing motivation and physical activity is crucial. Prayers for her lung mechanics to work optimally so she can breathe without the trachea and no more infections in Jesus name, Amen. Please pray that sleep would return. I've had terrible insomnia since July 2025. Holy Father, I seek you. This month I am going to see my estranged daughter and meet the will be inlaws Aug 1, 2026. God, please have me be full of you. Holy Spirit speak through me-guide my actions, thoughts, words. Help my husband and I to get on the same page. I want to reflect you and not my feelings. Heal us all and redemption please. Need you to ask Father God to help my oldest brother Eddy (70). He refuses to forgive his wife of a situation he himself was also involved in when they were in their early twenties. Their situation is not good. He is unrelenting. Prayer request for a cancer patient named Janet.
Janet is an elderly woman with liver cancer that has spread to her whole body. The doctors said there is no more treatment that can help her. But tomorrow she will go to the hospital to do radiation.
I don’t understand anything anymore, but I believe in one thing only: that the Lord Jesus Christ is her greatest doctor and healer.
Please pray for her that the Lord will bless her treatment this time, that it will help her, and that He will touch her with a miraculous healing because He is able! ️
Amen and thank you all. For deliverance from depression for clarity and mental healing Our daughter, T, 31, was saved at 4, baptized in her teens, went on mission trips, led friends to Christ, was raped and later was brought into witchcraft and has adopted an alternate lifestyle. This is all from the trauma satan used to doubt . Please pray for her deliverance from demonic strongholds and return to Jesus. Thank you! Her dad and I are in full-time missions, too. We are so very grateful for you to help us in Standing in the Gap for her to come back to Jesus. I am praying for my mom, Muy. She's 93 years old and her blood work showed that she's losing blood and her kidney has also gotten worse. Her doctor appointment will be Tuesday 6/9 @ 2pm. Tim received some devastating news last week. His Glioblastoma tumors have begun growing aggressively once again. Apart from a miraculous healing, which we are praying for, he will be with Jesus soon. Out of town family will be coming in this month. Please pray for good visits with everyone, stamina for Tim, strength for Kim, and joy in the midst of these conditions.
Jesus show us (Taking Aim community group)how to minister to this family. Asking for a friend who is a believer but has just been knocked to the ground with one life disaster after another in a very short time, including financial, marriage, adult children, physical accident, and an unscrupulous business advisor. This friend needs the Lord's encouragement, sustainment, financial empowerment, and reliance on Him that Life is worth living and going on. Please pray immediately for peace, encouragement, direction and belief that the Lord can and does love and care for each of us and will sustain us...though Satan should buffet. thank you! Please pray that God will give me clear guidance when to taper off my medications. Thank you!! Update from prayer request dated May 18, 2026. We found a good lawyer and his first court appearance is this Wednesday, June 3rd, then the next is August 21st. We pray the District Attorney sees this case for what it is - a bad night and a one time occurrence. Our entire family is in Christian counseling now. We needed the tools to know how to handle this. God is showing us the way. Please continue praying for complete dismissal to all charges and for God to continue to protect our family from the evil one. Our God is bigger!

we are forsaken ask Father God through His Son Jesus for my surgery, that there would be no complications, find all abnormalities going on with my heart and connecting arteries the morning of Friday June 12. That Dr. Baga cardiologist would be excellent in all he and his team do on His child Juanita. That they use the best corrective procedures, equipment and products in & for me — and that it would permanently repair defections found, none be harmful to my body in any manner.

I have a very difficult student and there are hundreds of teachers at the school. It might be best for her to be moved to another teacher. I have been praying for a soulmate and life partner for 33 years My beloved wife is battling stage 4 gastric cancer. All chemo protocols have failed. Our only hope is a promising cancer drug trial at Univ of CA / Irvine. Lucy has been accepted to their program however we have been told that although she is in line to receive the treatment there are no doses of the treatment currently available. I do not know how much longer she can hang on waiting. Please heavenly father find it in your heart to get Lucy into the cancer drug trial ASAP. We have run out of options. Bless you and thx for your prayers. My husband, Michael, is in the hospital awaiting a heart catheterization. It should happen today (5/21/26).
Thank you! For my mother's (Maria Elena) complete healing and restoration. For her body not to retain anymore fluid, come off the ventilator and regain full and complete kidney function. I wanted to write a quick update. I recently sent an email introducing you to my upcoming Ranger school date. Thank you for praying for Lauren and I as we prepare for that big event for our Family.
I did want to write a brief update and ask for a few specific prayers.
1. I have been away from Italy for about a month and will be back home within a few days. Praise the Lord for a safe trip for our Unit. Praise the Lord for 5 field worship services out here in the field in which the Gospel was shared. Praise the Lord for the salvation of one of my Soldiers. One who was formerly buddhist and now claims Jesus as his savior. He will go home in a few weeks and be baptized! This is the work of God apart from me and I rejoice in what God is doing in my Soldier's lives.
2. When I arrive at home I will jump into one busy week of work. I will then lead a marriage retreat with around 18 couples. Pray for that event to be strengthening in the lives of those marriages and that I can communicate God's great design for marriage and encourage couples. I will provide a worship service on that Sunday to those Families.
3. I will take three weeks of leave after the marriage retreat. This leads me up to 15 June at which time I will leave for Ranger school. This time will be focused on spending family time and working out in final prep for Ranger school. PRAY for meaningful time together. There is already a bit of sadness that I've been gone for a month and that I will be home for such a short time before I leave again. Pray for meaningful time together as a Family. Pray for this to be meaningful with Lauren and the kids. I have recorded "Ranger school daddy devotionals" which are 3-5 minute videos for the kids. One for every day I am gone. Pray that the LORD would use these to encourage the kids.
4. You may have heard in the news about a search and rescue operation in Morocco to locate two missing US Servicemembers. While those servicemembers are not in my unit, I would ask that you remember them in your prayers as well as their families. I am aware of the fact that their situation is quite difficult.

Can you please pray against an evil spirit I believe is in my home attacking me and speak a direct prayer for me, to bind and remove this spirit?.
Thank you! Ryan Wilson in Olathe, Kansas This is a hard prayer request to write. Our son has past sexual trauma from our God Daughter that we trusted. The abuse happened from the time he was 8 until 11 and we had no idea. He's 19 now. He finally disclosed the trauma to close family friends and then he drank. He came back home very angry and we had to call a mental crisis hotline, which called the police instead. He was taken away with a Family Violence charge even though he did not harm to us at all and we are not pressing any charges - just said mean words because he was so hurt. A bad night, turned into a nightmare. Please pray that the charges will be dismissed with the District Attorney. We are definitely not pressing any charges because he did not physically hurt us. He is deeply hurt and our prayer is for God to heal him and give him peace. Fort Bend County Sherriff was supposed to help us get him mental help and instead made this worse. We are fortunate he was able to come home and didn't get a 'no contact'. He would have been alone. God answered that prayer for sure. All he glory goes to Him. Please pray we find the right lawyer to get this dismissed and off his record and that he grows his relationship with God during this most difficult time. Prayer for my son Andrew Miller (13 years) heart surgery (ablation) scheduled for May 19th (Tuesday) at 11:00 a.m. Texas Children's Hospital (Medical Center) due to extra pathway that causes SVT. Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I lift up Ash before You. She is overwhelmed in every area of her life. Expose what needs exposing, heal what needs healing, and destroy what is trying to destroy their covenant. Father, Ash feels trapped. Make a path where there seems to be none. Open the right door for housing, finances, stability, and peace at the appointed time. Raise her and her husband into mature parents who protect their home instead of running from it. Strengthen Grandma and Grandpa too, Lord. Give them wisdom, boundaries, rest, and discernment. Restore what has been strained. Heal what has been wounded. Strengthen what is weak. And let this season not destroy them, but refine them. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen. Hi, please pray for my Aunt Janet as she has a swelling on the side of her face since she had a dental procedure. Please pray that God will her heal and remove the swelling.
Also, pray that God will heal me from whatever is going on with my abdomen and for healing of my dental issues.
May God richly blessed you and your ministry. My family and I have been going through a storm that has been months and doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. Everything is crashing in and we are struggling mightily. We have sought the Lord through prayer and His word , which has helped at times. Trying to push forward. Asking for strength and perseverance to keep looking to Him and for some answers to this season to end. I am about to conclude that my body doesn't like me. As if cancer was not enough, I was diagnosed with severe stenosis of the lower spine a few years ago. Therapy provided minimal relief, am now undergoing pain management. My sister in law, Katharyn Gray passed early am on May 16. She was more like a sister for 60 plus years.
Peace for the family, she had been ill but it had not been perceived to be that serious. A 30 year old man at the Cypress Post Office needs to hear and know the comforts of the Lord. Pray a believing man will go to his window and encourage him. URGENT prayer request... update on my friend's mom Joanne. She is now in ICU and intubated. Her family has flown in to be with her. Please pray for Jesus to wrap His arms around her to comfort her and give peace for the family during this time. Allow this moment to bring the family together in love and allow His love to bring peace. May this time also be used to help those that do not know Him, to seek and grow closer to Him. She is in a very bad work situation that is affecting her health. I’m dealing with unresolved health issues since last July that are crippling me. We need a miracle. Thank you for praying! I recently myself started a babysitting job. Please pray God will provide and answer prayers in Jesus name Please lift up my friend, Jenn, and her mom, Joanne in prayer. Joanne has cancer that has spread to her lymph nodes. She has completed immunotherapy and has her second surgery scheduled June 5, 2026. The last few days have not been good. She is not eating or drinking. She went to the doctor yesterday and ER this morning for testing and scans. Please pray for Joanne's healing as well as strength and comfort for Jenn as she is caring for her mom during this time. I am currently at risk of not getting my diploma or walking the stage for my graduation. I owe the school 835 dollars due to a money laundering scandal my freshman year, I cannot afford to pay for the cap and gown and I know my parents will not pay for me. Please pray for me even words of support would help. I'm praying for successful job search outcome! I have been trying to find a job for a year now. I pray that my mom has a healthy surgery and speedy recovery in her getting cancer removed. Thanks to God we found it in time. thx and bless you Dear Jesus, I often call you my friend more than my Father, but today I call you my Father. I know my requests are many, but I have learned that no matter how much we talk and pray, in the end you will answer: yes, no, or not now—wait. Please, Father Jesus, I ask you to ease the pain of my grandma Janet from cancer. Every part of her weak body hurts every day—please reduce it or take it away. Protect her as you have protected her before. Be with her and with us. I know, Lord, there is no treatment left that can help her since cancer has spread through her whole body, but I trust you are stronger than cancer and able, even until the last moment, to heal her and remove the illness from her body. Thank you because you hear my prayer and the prayers of everyone who will pray for my grandma Janet. We lift her up before you, Lord, because you are the Lord, the greatest healer, and the loving Father full of blessing. Amen. Please pray that The LORD helps me through the trials that I am going through. Please pray that He provides for my needs and protects me from all evil. Prayer for Marilyn & Marc Jankowski. They are in Paris. Marc fell yesterday and broke his femur. They are working to get back to the states asap. There is a direct flight tomorrow. Thank you Jesus in advance Amen. Glory to God our 20 week anatomy ultrasound went well & baby girl is growing healthy in my womb. Please pray for my placenta to move up as it is close to the cervix which would required a C-Section. Thank you So much!! Please pray for my Granddaughter Allison. She had a bad time in class at school recently. She said mean things about her mother, teachers, and others. She has been removed from school to finish the year with grandparents. They live in Poteet, Texas (small town near San Antonia). Please pray that my husband has a safe drive from the US to Canada. He is driving there in an older car. Thank you Jesus, for this prayer community. Being faithful stewards of the Holy Spirit. I ask prayer for Sharon to sell her properties, to be able to start enjoying life. I ask for communication to be restored between myself and KC-for that relationship to be mended. That my husband and I get on the same page with our responsibilities for our adult children. I know God hears our prayers and it is in his timing. Thank you for bringing this to our Savior on my behalf. Settlement talks have stalled between me and my current employer for
the retaliation, harrasment, and unpaid wages claims ive experienced.
Pray God helps me get a settlement.

My cousin's name is Kelsey My 18-year-old grandnephew, Tucker, was involved in a traffic accident a few days ago in Kansas. He was a passenger in a pickup, and the driver hit a concrete bridge on the passenger side. There was a barrier there which kept them from going over the bridge. I praise God for sparing both of their lives. It took the jaws of life and the rescue team over 3 hours to free Tucker and try to save his legs. He had surgery on one of his legs and is now recovering at home. Please pray for pain relief and complete recovery so he will have full use of his leg. Thank you. My husband I are both retired. We finally sold our house after being on the market for almost a year. We’re trying to move back to our home town in Louisiana, but we don’t have a house yet. Please pray for us to find a house that will be our forever home. I am so grateful for the men our Heavenly Father is bringing into the life of my father, Clovis Westbrook, whom many of you have been praying for! Prayer Request for My Father (Leg Blood Clots)
Please pray for my father. He has blood clots in both of his legs, and today he had an ultrasound of his abdomen and legs.
Please, with love, lift him up to the Most High God, that the ultrasound results will be good, that he won’t need surgery, and that there is nothing serious. May the Lord heal him, restore him to how he was before, and remove the blood clots from his legs.

They have discovered that she had a mini stroke, but are shocked she has no ramifications. Thank you Jesus for this blessing. Lastly, she has had a high resting heart rate. We have been planning and preparing for this family time. My friend’s son is suicidal and really struggling with day-to-day. Please pray for him to know God so he can finally have peace. There is some deep childhood trauma there. As a parent, I cannot imagine feeling so helpless. Praying for God’s strength for their son and their family. Please pray for a gentleman named Jim, the father of a friend of mine, who was just diagnosed with mesothelioma cancer.
